Dress Code

Tops - Must be purchased at Okeeheelee Middle School

Permitted:

• Okeeheelee Middle solid colored polo style
  Okeeheelee Middle solid colored t-shirts
  Okeeheelee Middle Club or Athletic sponsored t-shirts (approved by administration)
• FRIDAYS ONLY- College T-shirts or Jerseys
• Sweaters, jackets, hoodies, & sweatshirts of solid color may be worn as needed; however, clothing underneath must adhere to the dress code policy and hoods may not be worn on head

Not Permitted:

• No Hoods on Head
• No Tying Shirts

Bottoms

Permitted:

• Any SOLID color
• Pants, capris, jeans or fingertip length shorts & skirts are acceptable
• Must fit properly & be worn at the natural waist
• Moderately ripped jeans are acceptable (no skin showing)
• Shorts and skirts must be fingertip length

Not Permitted:

• No skin showing under ripped pants
• No Leggings
• No Yoga Pants
• No Pajama Pants
• No Printed Designs on Pants

Footwear

Permitted:

• Closed toe and Covered Heel at ALL TIMES while on campus

Not Permitted:

• No Flip Flops
• No Slides
• No Slippers
• No Crocs

Bags

Permitted:

• Clear or Mesh Book Bag
• Athletic Bags must be kept in coach’s classroom

Not Permitted:

• No Solid Color Book Bags

Accessories

Permitted:

• Silk/Satin Scarves in hair
• Student IDs are required at all times.

Not Permitted:

• No Grills or metallic teeth
• NO Hats/Beanies
• NO Bandannas/ Durags/Skullcaps
• NO Sunglasses
• NO Bonnets

All clothes must fit properly and must be worn as intended, e.g., not backward or inside out.

Administrative discretion will be used regarding all dress code violations
